JANKRANTI NEWS (ASSAM) : Union Home Minister Amit Shah is all set to hold a massive roadshow in Assam’s Guwahati on April 29th amidst the election vibes that is gripping the length and breath of India.

This huge event of Amit Shah’s arrival is expected to attract a large number of supporters and it is intended to reach out to the electorate just ahead of the third phase of the Lok Sabha elections 2024 that is scheduled on May 7th.

The Chief Minister of Assam, Himanta Biswa Sarma confirmed that the Union Home Minister Amit Shah will pay his visit to Guwahati on April 29th.

The Assam CM Sarma, provided insights into the grand event’s arrangements that the grand roadshow of Amit Shah will take place between the Cycle Factory and Lal Ganesh area of the Guwahati city.

The Chief Minister also said that the grand roadshow is meticulously planned to ensure the grandeur of the event while minimizing traffic disruptions in the area.

It is to be noted that the Guwahati parliamentary constituency will go to the polls during the third phase of the Lok Sabha election which is scheduled on May 7th.

Meanwhile, the Congress also planned to improve its chances in Assam region by sending their party chief Mallikarjun Kharge and senior party leader Priyanka Gandhi to campaign in Assam’s important areas like Barpeta and Dhubri.
