Bengaluru, February 13, Jankranti News: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday inaugurated the air show organized by the Indian government under the name ‘Aero India 2023’, which is the biggest air show in Asia. Through this, the government is going to inform the world that India has the capability to manufacture military aircrafts and helicopters.
The government has made plans to manufacture helicopters and their equipment on a large scale in the country. India is going to manufacture these with modern technology. The Air Show will be held at the Yalahanka Air Force Station area on the Bangalore border. The Air Force and the government have made arrangements to conduct it for five days. 809 defense sector organizations from 98 countries are participating in it. Up to 250 business deals are likely to be signed with companies and countries participating in this show. It is estimated that investments of around Rs.75,000 crores will come.
This is the 14th Aero India Show in the country. Around five lakh visitors are expected to attend it. As part of the central government’s policy of ‘Make India, Make for the World’, this show will serve to showcase the manufacturing, technology and capabilities of the country’s aviation sector in front of the world. Prestigious companies such as Airbus, Boeing, Dassault Aviation, Lockheed Martin, Israel Aerospace Industry, BrahMos Aerospace, Army Aviation, Saab, Saffron, Rolls Royce, Larsen and Turbo, Bharat Forge Limited will participate in this show.
