Selection Process
a) Merit Shortlisting:
– प्रत्येक trade & community के लिए 1.5× notified slots तक अभ्यर्थी बुलेट-लीस्टेड
– Merit = (Matric % + ITI %) ÷ 2
b) Document Verification (DV):
– Community, age-relaxation, ESM/PwBD प्रमाणपत्र, Class 10 & ITI मार्कशीट
c) Medical Examination:
– Gazetted Asst. Surgeon द्वारा fitness जांच (Annexure VI)
d) Engagement:
– Act Apprenticeship (4–12 महीनों तक)
– Stipend as per Railway norms
– Group ‘D’ Grade Pay posts में 20% reservation for Course Completed Apprentices
