Hyderabad, Mach 9, Jankranti News, : —- Maha Shivratri festival was celebrated in Telugu states.  The temples resounded with the remembrance of Shiva’s name.  Especially in Srisailam, Srikalahasti, Vemulawada and Keesara temples, devotees flock to the temples in many places from Jamuna at dawn.  Devotees were allowed to enter the Srikalahasti temple after midnight on Thursday for darshan.

 Mahashivratri means all eyes of the devotees are towards Lord Shiva Srisailam Mallanna.  During Mahashivratri Brahmotsavam, devotees came in droves to see Srisailam Malanna.  The Nallamala forest area of ​​Kurnool district is resounding with devotees chanting the name of Shiva.  Devotees from all over the country flock to this place to visit Mallanna in Srisaila, the site of Dwadasha Jyotirlinga.  With this the Srisailam temple resounded with the remembrance of Lord Shiva.

 Rajannasirisilla district resounds with the name of Lord Shiva.  Devotees worship Lord Shiva on the occasion of Mahashivratri at Vemulawada Rajanna Kshetra.  Devotees lined up early in the morning to visit Swami.  Similarly, Mahashivratri celebrations were held in the combined West Godavari district.  Devotees flocked to Pancharama Kshetra in West Godavari District Bhimavaram, Palakollu Ksheera Ramalingeswara Swamy Temple and Pattisam Veerabhadrakali Sametha Ramalingeswara Swamy Temple.

On the occasion of Maha Shivratri.. In Nizamabad district, Armur Mandal, Telangana state, in the Shiva Temple of poddutur Sadananda Reddy Ashram in Ankapur village, Mahashivratri festival celebrations were held magnificently.  On this occasion, the surrounding areas around the Shiva temple resounded with the name of Shiva.  In the morning at 9 am Shivalayam truste, social activist, Sri Poddutur Sadananda Reddy garu and his wife, along with other devotees (in the Shivalayam) conducted Shiva Homam to Shiva Parvatula by the main priest.  On this occasion, Shivalaya truste, social activist, Shri Poddutur Sadananda Reddy said that with the blessings of Lord Shiva, he wished that all the people should be happy and healthy.  In the evening at 3.45 minutes in the presence of devotees, Shiva Parvati’s wedding was solemnized.  And today (Saturday) “Annadanamu” program was held in Siva Temple of Sadananda Reddy Ashram, Devotees from Ankapur village and surrounding villages participated in this “Annadanamu” program and received the prasadham of Parvati Parameshwara.  This Maha Shivratri festival program was attended by  Shivalaya truste Sri P sadananda Reddy and their family members, former Sarpanch of Ankapur Sri G Rajanna, members of Shiva temple committee and villagers of Ankapur and made this Maha Shivaratri festival a success.
