Vijayawada, October 31, Jankranti News,: — Andhra Pradesh TDP chief and former chief minister Chandrababu Naidu, who was arrested in the “Andhra Pradesh Skill Development Scam” case and is staying in Rajahmundry jail, got a huge relief.  Andhra Pradesh high court (AP High court) has granted him interim bail.  The court granted interim bail for four weeks.  After the ACB court refused to grant bail in the Skill case, he approached the High Court.  The High Court, after hearing the arguments of both sides, reserved its verdict on this petition.  It is known that the judge said that they will announce their decision on Tuesday.  Along with lawyer Srinivas on behalf of Chandrababu, another senior lawyer Siddhartha Luthra and AAG Ponnavolu Sudhakar Reddy heard arguments on behalf of the state government.  Meanwhile, the AP High Court will hear the regular bail on November 10.
 On September 9, ACB officials arrested Chandrababu in Nandyala in the Skill Development Scam case.  The ACB court has remanded him on judicial remand.  Since then, Chandrababu’s lawyers have been trying to get bail, but the ACB court is refusing it.  In this background, Chandrababu filed a petition in the High Court to grant interim bail for eye treatment due to medical reasons.  The state high court, after hearing the arguments on this, today gave a verdict granting interim bail for four weeks.  Chandrababu spent a total of 52 days in Rajahmundry Jail.  Andhra Pradesh high court today granted conditional interim bail.
